Shane has over 13 years experience architecting and administering large-scale server farms using Microsoft enterprise technologies. For the past five years, he has been working exclusively with SharePoint Products and Technologies as a consultant and trainer. Shane has been recognized by Microsoft as an authority on SharePoint and is among an elite group of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 MVP’s.

He has architected SharePoint solutions for clients ranging from 20 to 50,000 users. Shane is a renowned speaker at national and international SharePoint conferences. He is also the author of several of the leading SharePoint 2007 and 2010 SharePoint Training courses. Shane also maintains a popular SharePoint Admin blog.

Ricardo Wilkins is a SharePoint Consultant and Practice Lead for Improving Enterprises, focusing on the client delivery of quality SharePoint solutions, especially in the area of custom development and application lifecycle management. He’s helped deliver solutions in the public, non-profit, and private sector, and specializes in designing and developing solutions for SharePoint that combine the out-of-box feature set with tools like SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio 2010, InfoPath and workflow tools like Nintex.
He has also been heavily involved in the local and international SharePoint community. He has participated as a liaison for Ohio state agency SharePoint users, and has given talks and technical demonstrations at local user groups, non-profit agencies and national conferences and webinars. Recently, he spoke at several SharePoint Saturday conferences on the topic of SharePoint 2010 development features. He’s also a contributing author at NothingButSharePoint.com and ITMartini.com, and recently co-authored a whitepaper with Quest Software on SharePoint Customization Best Practices.
